It would be impossible to have a hot brick oven and not use it for crisp-bottomed gourmet pizza once in a while! Join us at Flying Squirrel for pizza nights on Thursdays and Saturdays from 4-9pm. We design a new pizza menu each week based on what's fresh and what we have on hand to create unique combinations. There is always something for everyone from the plainest to the fanciest, from meat-lovers to veggie heaven. Our half whole wheat crust adds nutrition and flavor and we're working on sourdough and gluten free crust options.

Check back here frequently to see this week's pizza menu which will include a different green salad each week as well. Pizzas are available in 10" and 15" sizes for eat in and take-out. No subsitutions are allowed, but please ask if you want a topping left off.

Pizza menu - March 4 & 6, 2010

Plain Jane - $9/$16 - Scratch made marinara & mozzarella.

Pepperoni Please - $10/$17 - Someone twisted my arm enough about offering a plain
pepperoni pizza, that I thought I’d make you say please if you have to order it.

Colleen Says Eat Your Veggies - $14/$22 - Marinara, mozzarella, roasted mushrooms, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, fresh tomato, roasted garlic.

Breakfast for Dinner - $14/$22 - Marinara, cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, roasted potatoes, sautéed onions, peppers and mushrooms.

Chicken Alfredo - $15/$23 - Creamy-cheesy garlic alfredo sauce, mozzarella, organic roasted chicken, roasted carrots, blanched broccoli, caramelized onions.

Olympic Overdose (aka Ode to Greece) - $16/$24 - Garlic olive oil, gyro meat, fresh tomato, sautéed spinach, red onion, kalamata olives, feta cheese, cucumber-tzatziki sauce.

GREEN SALAD DU JOUR - $6 small/$9 large - Crispy romaine lettuce, fresh tomato, toasted pine nuts, pumpernickel croutons, parmesan, tomato-herb vinaigrette.
