It would be impossible to have a hot brick oven and not use it for crisp-bottomed gourmet pizza once in a while! Join us at Flying Squirrel for pizza nights on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 4-9pm (Fridays and Saturday in the winter). We design a new pizza menu each week based on what's fresh and what we have on hand to create unique combinations. There is always something for everyone from the plainest to the fanciest, from meat-lovers to veggie heaven. Our half whole wheat crust adds nutrition and flavor and we're working on sourdough and gluten free crust options.

Check back here frequently to see this week's pizza menu which will include a different green salad each week as well. Pizzas are available in 10" and 15" sizes for eat in and take-out. No subsitutions are allowed, but please ask if you want a topping left off.

PLAIN JANE - $9/$16 - Every Week - Scratch made marinara & mozzarella.

PEPPERONI PLEASE - $10/$17 - Every Week - Someone twisted my arm enough about offering pepperoni pizza, that I thought I’d make you say please if you have to order it.

MEDITERRANEAN - $13/$21 - Every Week - Marinara, mozzarella, artichoke hearts,
sundried tomatoes, kalamata olives, feta.

NUTS! - $13/$21 - Every Week - Pesto (fresh mixed herbs, walnuts, garlic, parmesan…), mozzarella, organic roasted chicken, blanched broccoli, and toasted walnuts.

Zucchini Parmesan - $13/$21 - Marinara, scratch made breaded-baked zucchini, mozzarella, parmesan, caramelized onion, roasted mushrooms, and roasted garlic.

Mexican Cheeseburger - $14/$22 Marinara, mozzarella and cheddar, organic hamburger, red onion, fresh tomato, jalapeno, fresh cilantro and scratch made salsa.

Green Salad Du Jour - $6/$9 - Romaine, tomatoes, kalamata olives, feta and house marinated zucchini with croutons and Italian vinaigrette.
