	That's right. You'll just have to come and see for yourself what delicious offerings we have today. The basic idea: creative variety, fresh, practical, hearty, wholesome, some healthy, some not so much, some vegetarian or vegan, some not at all.

Wood fired brick oven breads Our Alan Scott style hand built wood fired brick oven bakes almost all of the breads at Flying Squirrel. We use mostly birch wood to heat the fire brick in the retained heat oven then bake breads directly on the hearth resulting in a great crust, moist interior, and truly rustic artisan style. Cuban Black Bean, Broccoli Cheddar, Lamb & Spinach Stew, Mulligatawny, Roasted Corn Chowder, Beef & Mushroom Barley, African Nut Stew, Roasted Root Soup, Tomato Lentil, Organic Chicken and Wild Rice, Ratatouille ... The pizza menu changes weekly with new, unique combinations each week, creative, fresh and delicious green salads and a bit more table service than the rest of the week!
