	Plan Ahead... Flying Squirrel would be happy to create pre-prepared food, desserts or breads for just about any event, birthday, anniversary, wedding, meeting, or party. We will work with you to customize your order. Let us provide a special cake to serve two, a wedding cake for 200, 200 dinner breads, or 20 lunches a week...All you have to do is ask! Please contact us if you have a special occasion and need to preorder something tasty and beautiful.
Think Big (Wholesale Available)... Flying Squirrel Bakery Cafe encourages regular volume orders with wholesale pricing for customers that manage bed and breakfasts, inns and lodges, small grocery stores, coffee stands/espresso shops, restaurants, and local guiding businesses for visitor activities. Please contact us to inquire about wholesale options.
Holiday Orders Flying Squirrel offers special holiday and seasonal goodies throughout the year. Preorders for Thanksgiving and Christmas include dinner rolls, dinner breads, pies, coffee cakes, cookies, and more. Ordering in advance is recommended with pick up at Flying Squirrel the day before the holiday. Special orders delivered to Anchorage or Palmer may also be available. Catering for Your Talkeetna Event
	The newly built, comfortable and bright dining space at Flying Squirrel Bakery Cafe is available for meetings, parties and private functions for up to about 50 people. Contact us to inquire about catering and party options for birthdays, parties, meetings and other events.
Flying Squirrel also offers a wide variety of buffet items for pick up including large or small special orders, wedding cakes, sweet and savory platters, casseroles, breads, cakes and pastries. We offer all kinds of catering options here at the cafe, prepared for pick up or delivery or fully catered at any Talkeetna area location for meetings, parties and larger events. Wedding Reception & Cake client, November 2011 I didn't have a chance to thank you at the reception or before we left town like I planned. After I sat down from the buffet, I looked around and started sobbing uncontrollably in my napkin since everything was so overwhelmingly perfect! The wedding cake was just fabulous! Thank you SO much!!! We had a spectacular time, it was a spectacular event. You played a major roll in making that happen! 	Catering client, July 2010 A quick note to say thank you for the WONDERFUL menu you created for the inaugural Wilderness Wellness Retreat this last weekend!
