Pastry platters are available for parties

The newly built, comfortable and bright dining space at Flying Squirrel Bakery Cafe is available for meetings, parties and private functions for up to about 50 people.

Flying Squirrel also offers a wide variety of buffet items for pick up including large or small special orders, wedding cakes, sweet and savory platters, casseroles, breads, cakes and pastries.

With the opening of Flying Squirrel Bakery Cafe in the summer of 2009, off-site catering will not be available right away. We look forward to smoothing out our operation and being able to offer all kinds of catering options at any Talkeetna area location for meetings, parties and larger events.
